A Snapshot: What We Stand For

When Tericsoft began as a small, initial startup, we were a team of only 6-8 members. We were fortunate to have an established internal brand voice because the founders were able to pass along their values or the ‘DNA of Tericsoft’, as I like to call it, from one member to another. As Tericsoft began evolving, there were new additions to our team, and we soon realized that others would need to be trained on how to truly become a part of our organization - and with such explosive growth, it was hard for everyone in the team to spend a lot of time with the founders.?

They were a group of smart geeks with passionate mindsets and all the core ingredients. But that voice wasn't resonating in them. We knew the importance an internal brand voice could have on our success. A strong voice has the power to boost employee engagement, increase motivation, and develop impactful solutions.? It became important for our vision and values to start being shared by everyone else working under our roof.

To incorporate all of this, we decided to do an internal rebranding which helped us identify and discover who we are at our core - We are Dreamer | Hacker | Passionate! This is when we began looking for these attributes in people and started creating an environment for inculcating the same. We realized that to maintain that rhythm, there are a certain amount of values that need to be reflected in people, and these are the top 5 which we felt were really important. The values and beliefs we hold are what guides all of our actions and behaviors, enabling us to bring out the best in our people.

Be Curious to Innovate

The key to innovation is curiosity. Ask more questions, ask more doubts, and be more curious about whatever is happening around you.

Integrity and Trust

It is an everyday practice to be true to yourself and the people around you to build an environment where everyone can be themselves and build a culture that strives to do the right thing and do it well.

Have Effective Communication

As mentioned above integrity and trust can be essential players, but communication is what drives them home. Communication helps you build the right culture to settle and play out everything and anything you envision- given it's done right.

Be a Problem Solver

You can either be a part of the problem or the solution, when you're stuck on the problem, walking to the other side can be tiresome. As a part of the solution, you will strive to do more and get creative.

Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders

Leadership is a lot more about sustainability than you can imagine. Leadership is about maintaining what we have, but a lot more about creating a field to innovate and progress. It's to protect the future by building and investing in our people today.

Last but not the least, Teric means a bunch of people whose success is determined by making others successful. That’s what we stand for.?
