SNAP SIGNAL MAKES MACHINE MONITORING EASY
Snap Signal makes it easy to listen to sensors & other field devices & use the data to make insight-driven decisions about your production processes.

SNAP SIGNAL MAKES MACHINE MONITORING EASY

Unlock Valuable Data from Your Equipment

Sensors, tower lights, and other field devices on your production equipment transmit electronic signals as part of their basic functionality.

By monitoring these signals, you can unlock valuable data that can be used to improve efficiency, increase uptime, and lower costs.

However, the time, complexity, and expense of adding monitoring capabilities to these machines can often seem prohibitive. ?

Snap Signal devices are used with legacy sensors to identify production losses on a bottling line.
Snap Signal technology increases machine uptime by notifying staff when materials run low.

Snap Signal's plug-and-play IIoT technology simplifies the process!

Splitter cables with standard M12 connectors connect new and legacy devices, even devices from different manufacturers, and capture the data signals, without disrupting the control system.

In-line converters take all the different data signals from across your production and change them to a unified protocol, so data can be seamlessly transmitted across IIoT ecosystems.

IO-Link Masters and wireless radios can send collected signals from your entire production system to a DXMR90 Industrial Controller, or a similar device that interprets Modbus data.

Snap Signal makes it easy to unlock valuable data from your production equipment!

The data can now be sent to HMIs, PLCs, and SCADA systems, or pushed out to a cloud platform, like Banner's Cloud Data Services (CDS) with analytics and visualization tools that deliver insights and alerts to solve problems and make lasting improvements.

POWERFUL EDGE PROCESSING

Compact, Lightweight IO-Link Master

Learn how the DXMR110 IO-Link Master improves data collection & simplifies communication!

IO-Link is an open-standard serial communication protocol that allows for the bi-directional exchange of data from sensors and other field devices that are connected to an IO-Link master.

The IO-Link master transmits this data over various networks, fieldbuses, or backplane buses, making it accessible for immediate action or long-term analysis via an industrial information system (PLC, HMI, etc.). This data can be used for machine control, preventative maintenance, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and more. Read the article.
