but above all, in order for the decision-making project to take shape the fundamental element is that of knowing how to manage the huge dose of useful courage (cold-blooded) which does not mean the absence of humanity or even worse privileging the strongest forces to automatically eliminate the weakest parts,
on the contrary the opposite is right, in fact, in these situations of change, the parts least considered in the periods of management without criticality, are the parts that are often called into play with new and different roles to support the most decisive roles for the achievement of the common goal.
Procrastinating this moment can destroy more than the damage that has occurred involuntarily, therefore, which has been suffered, and which objectively gives immediate awareness of the loss, a factor to always be determined quickly and dynamically like decision-making, the need to react to these events they require an extemporaneous time which is in itself still different from immediate:
it does not have a mathematical calculation table and it does not even follow an empirical method, for these reasons it is applied in ways and at different times from different realities and it is precisely there that the key resides of reading the success that the Company may have in the future.
