In conclusion, please find the following Employment Contract Terms for your perusal:

? An appealing compensation package with a minimum one-year renewable contract, featuring increments of up to 10-15%.

? The salary will be denominated in Saudi Riyal (SR), consisting of a Basic Salary determined by the client during the interview, along with 50% of the basic salary allocated for allowances covering Housing, Food, and Transportation.

? Adherence to work schedules in accordance with client standards.

? Upon completion of one year under the contract, employees are entitled to 21 days of paid leave.

? This employment arrangement is designated as a single status contract. However, if the employee elects to bring their family at their own expense, SMP (presumably the employer) will facilitate the visa process and documentation.

? Comprehensive Medical Insurance and other benefits in compliance with company policy and Saudi Labor Law.

? It is important to note that this is not a rotational contract but rather a 12-month renewable commitment.
