Smooth Scaling From Friction to Flow

I am thrilled to share the work of my colleague, Rob Bier, and his recently published book "Smooth Scaling: 20 Rituals to Build a Friction-Free Organization." In his book, Rob outlines specific practices, which he refers to as Rituals, that enable companies to effectively navigate the inevitable friction that arises as they grow. Through Trellis Partners, we collaborate with organizations to assist the C-suite in strategically and culturally communicating alignment, building high-performing teams, addressing barriers between teams to prevent silos, and much more.
