We provide the appropriate grain size for all uses, smokers, grills, and BBQs. Our woods are very dense and hard, making them burn slowly, which means you need fewer chips/chunks for the same result.

Our different Wood Types;

Olive wood enhances food with an intense, aromatic olive flavor. Traditionally, in the area of Málaga olive wood has been used in beach grills for preparing fish of all kinds.

Almond wood enhances food with a mild, nutty, sweetish flavor. Excellent with red meat. But we also love it with pork and seafood.

Orangewood gives your grill goods a fruity, fresh citrus flavor. Traditionally, orange wood is used around Valencia for the preparation of paella in wide pans on an open fire.

Lemonwood gives a fruity and fresh citrus flavor, not unlike orange wood. It is milder than apple or cherry.

Holm oak enhances food with a mild, intensive nutty flavor. It‘s a sought after wood in grill restaurants specialized in meat dishes, and here especially for red meat. The famous Spanish ham ?Jamón Ibérico de Bellota“ has its light, nutty note due to pasturing the pigs in ?dehesas“, forests consisting of holm oak, with the animals feeding on the acorns.

Walnut wood is characterized by smoking food with a sweet, tangy flavor. it's ideal for red meats or game meats.
