The Smoke Signals are Clear: Wyler BBQ is HERE!

On Tuesday February 4, 2025 I had the opportunity to introduce Wyler BBQ to the Plainfield, IL community through our ribbon cutting ceremony presented by The Plainfield Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce. Many people in the community know me from my concession stand at the Joliet Slammers stadium during their baseball seasons since 2023. Many others know me for the catering services I provide.

This event celebrated my new partnership with Community Sportsplex, operating their concession stand for basketball and volleyball tournaments that happen throughout the year. It also affords me the opportunity to share my love of BBQ, providing a variety of BBQ staples I have become known for.?

I’m very grateful and blessed to have a huge turnout from the community to help celebrate this milestone in my BBQ journey. It was incredible to share the experience with my wife Laura, my two sons Wyatt and Eli, and my Mom. It’s a memory and experience I will always remember.
