Smile! Things could be worse. . .

A man sought counsel because he had a large family living in a small house. “Doc, I’m going crazy because of these cramped quarters and constant noise!” So the counselor told him to bring a rooster into the house for a week. Next week he was told to bring in a cat. A dog the following week and a cow the next. After a month of his home doubling as an animal shelter, the counselor told the man to get rid of his “pets.” The following week the man thanked his counselor for the peace he now possessed.
