Our memories are our treasures, they can be our ruins also. They can build and destroy us with a similar force, though destroy always carries high velocity.
Our memories have the capacity to transform into gravitational force; our gravitational force; opposite to magnet attracts the similar.
What do we carry usually?
Memories carry the exceptional. They carry deep emotional states; the emotional states of pains and hurts are deeper than any other.
Pain when got repeated is taken heavily by the mind and on the other hand, pleasures find themselves common or general on repetition.
Another challenge with memories is ungrateful behaviour and taking things as a right, the guaranteed. What we cherish and enjoy we keep it with ourselves and in the eventuality of pain and hurt, we require somebody to share with them. This increases the span of holding them and sharing darkens the imprints.
What is the antidote to this cycle? How could we enhance the quality of memories? The treasure memories.
Gratitude is the foremost way to build treasured memories. Allow gratitude to come into your body, heart, and mind. The process is simple:
Just close your eyes, allow the thought and feel to come into the body, and visualize it again with all the senses. Let it facilitate the smile on the face and stay with it for a few seconds. Express gratitude verbally. Share it with somebody wherever possible.
This is magical. Isn’t it?
Bring gratitude to a way of life, fill the memories with it, and open the doors of abundance for you.
Our Purpose: Inspiring Smiles, Serving Prosperity.
