Smile of Acceptance

What is the source of frustrations and irritations in life? What causes so much stress? Conflicts and blames in relations.
Keeping all things constant, I find that non-acceptance of things plays a significant role in all psychological fatigue and struggles.?Non-acceptance of what we get, what we have. Non-acceptance of what others did or how they did. Yes, you can say this is ungrateful conduct and attitude also.
Yet, I find non-acceptance more appropriate in many cases. ?
People shout, scold, correct, control, and do so many things. The iceberg below all these behaviour is non-acceptance; missing patience and refusal of due space for others. People feel they know all, they know the best. Complaint and criticism also get their space through non-acceptance.
How do you get rid of this dis-ease, the psychological cancer?
Practice acceptance. Practice resilience.
I planned to practice it for a month, but I failed. I commit for ten days, then a week. The result changed. I started to do it for a day and the result remained the same.
Being a facilitator and teacher, mistake expands in size for me. And finding responsibility, owning accountability, and practicing integrity, I correct others and put across the case from the devil’s side.
In the flow of higher knowledge, different paradigms, and fear of harm or hurt to others, I suggested and corrected others. Satisfaction was having no relation with me and I wish others to achieve higher, do higher, and do it with better speed. I don’t know whether I was pushing for my space or pushing them out.
The reason could be anything but non-acceptance remained there.

My aggression and anger started controlling my expression. It was just like walking on eggs while working or interacting with me. ?A solution was desperately needed.
I reflected and put points where non-acceptance was very high. And committed to start practicing acceptance on an hourly basis. Giving myself points and doing self-praise without expressing others.
This not only allowed me to build resilience and patience but also to stay curious to wait and watch the working style of others. Sometimes I was underestimating others and a few others, they dealt with and grow with the situations. At few, they just need support to start again and learn; to stay with them only; to stay at their side.
I enjoyed this journey of acceptance at my side; growth and maturity on the other’s side.
Let’s build acceptance and smile; share and spread smiles. Start slow, start little, stay continue.
