Justin Harmon is a proud alumnus of The Penn State University Class of 2011, where he graduated with a finance degree.?Justin initially joined JPMorgan as an analyst in the Wealth Management Division.?He completed the analyst program at JPMorgan but decided he wanted to pursue a career in technology.?He then joined Uber, as an Operations Manager where he managed the vehicle leasing program in South Florida called Xchange Leasing.?In this role he led a team, managed a P&L and launched several Xchange Leasing locations throughout the Southeast US.?After this, Justin then joined Lyft as a Regional Operations Manager managing the Express Drive Program for Florida.?This role was similar to Uber although it included a larger territory, and larger P&L.?The team he managed, rented vehicles to drivers as compared to leasing cars to them.?The goal of this role was to provide Lyft drivers a car to drive on the Lyft platform.?Some drivers did not have a car or if they did, did not want to put miles on their personal vehicle.?After being in this role for over two years, Justin decided a career in finance is where he would be best suited to pursue his long term career and personal goals.

In January 2021, Justin joined Truist Financial as a Vice President in the Wealth Management Division.?Truist is the sixth largest bank in the United States and is the merger of Suntrust and BB&T, with headquarters in North Carolina.?In this role, Justin provides wealth management services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families.?The services his firm provides are financial planning, bespoke investment advice, credit solutions, insurance and trust & estate planning.?He has identified three verticals to focus on: corporate executives, entrepreneurs/business owners, financial sponsors (private equity/hedge fund principals).?Across these three verticals Justin is intentional about identifying diverse individuals to work with.?Justin’s mission is to inspire individuals to improve their financial literacy, through the work he does daily at Truist.
