Featured Alumni: Adrienne Bouleris ’03 MKTG, Vice President and Head of Legal at Revature, LLC
Adrienne Bouleris is a ’03 graduate of the Smeal College of Business who used her academic background and business passion to build specialized expertise at the intersection of business, technology, and legal guidance. She works with executives and entrepreneurs to create lean, efficient, and business savvy legal departments focused on process improvement and risk management. Her mission when managing legal departments is to make them business accelerators.
Adrienne, in concert with Penn State’s Alumni Relations team, kicked off her legal and technology practice with federal contractor and IT consultancy, Emtec, Inc. It was a unique match that provided a platform for rapid growth. She advanced from proposal management all the way through to Chief Legal Officer and Senior Partner, before moving on to a new opportunity where she could focus on programs involving emerging tech talent and creating a global legal department. Adrienne currently works as the Vice President and Head of Legal at Revature, LLC, ranked by LinkedIn as the largest employer of technology talent in the U.S.
Adrienne’s role enables her to merge business and legal expertise with her passion for creating opportunities for others. Her focus on driving the organization’s growth and expansion is currently concentrated on international markets. Adrienne plays a pivotal role in Revature's global expansion, which currently includes Canada, the U.K., Poland, Germany, India, and the Netherlands and recently helped negotiate a strategic partnership with London-based AMS, which is central to Revature’s international growth. Adrienne is inspired by Revature’s mission to make opportunities available to all those willing and able to put in the work as a means of bridging the technology gap and bringing opportunity to talent.
