"Listing Gains are 200% - 500%"
"Rs.70 share gone to Rs.700"
and many more expressions push you to take a decision.
BUT Remember
What makes a great company remains the same. SME IPO don't make it great, but only your DNA of creating and sustaining a great business will.
The fun part is post Listing. You would be measured by the promises that you made during the IPO and how you are sustaining. If not in a short term but it will give you a very long-term advantage. Your value is always defined by the following :
Customer Acquisition :
The pace at which that you sustain the customer acquisition
Customer Retention :
How you managed the relationships to ensure your paying customers are with you.
Revenue Growth :
Consistent Revenue Growth with strong long-term relationships with customers
Profitability :
Building constant profitability with right set of products and services
Right Team :
Today's team is good to be here, assess if the team is good for future that you are building.
