SME Growth Essentials Course

It’s a 5-weeks program for MSME owners, successors and senior managers for developing and implementing steps to take their business to the next level and maintain the growth journey.?

In this program, participants will learn to:

• Review and/or define Vision, Mission and Goals
• Formulae a plan for marketing and branding communication
• Streamline HR policies and procedures?
• Follow the leadership approaches for better employee engagement
• Adopt a framework for continuous improvement and growth?
• Network with like-minded peers for life-long support?

Program starts on 20 April 2022. There will be 2 live sessions / week, each session of 1-hour duration, i.e. 10 live sessions of total 10 hours duration will be delivered. One week will be dedicated for each module.
