Smartsheet ENGAGE 2024 - Our Key Takeaways

We had a great time recently at #SmartsheetEngage in Seattle. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and dive deep into the latest features and enhancements. The conference was attended by 3,240 customers and partners from 30 countries, 17 industries were represented and 60 talks were available.

File Library: The new File Library feature streamlines document management, allowing teams to organise, share, and access files seamlessly within workspaces. This boosts collaboration and ensures everyone has the most up-to-date resources at their fingertips.

Collections: Collections will revolutionise how users curate and manage objects within their workspaces. This feature enables users to group sheets, reports, dashboards and other embedded links into a single view, simplifying navigation and enhancing project oversight. No need to go somewhere else to get the full picture.

Table View: a new way to visualise sheet which a faster response time. 1 million cells capacity, auto-saving, ten time faster formula calculation, custom sorting, ability to paste up to 1000 rows at one given time and long awaited ability to delete as many column as wanted at one given time.

Amazon Q: The big reveal of the year! The integration with Amazon Q Business takes data insights to the next level. By leveraging AI and machine learning, users can gain actionable insights from their data across multiple tools, driving informed decision-making and improving overall project outcomes.
