SmartPortal is designed to streamline the entire order management process, whether it's for new orders or repeat orders. This portal enables the SmartCow Sales team to initiate orders, which can be easily accessed and modified by the engineering team, and it is available to all our FleetTrackr customers.?

The primary goal of SmartPortal is to securely collect infrastructure information from our customers. This information is essential for configuring the FleetTrackr instance.

When you first log in to the portal using the credentials provided by our SmartCow Sales team, you are greeted by an easy-to-use dashboard. This dashboard gives you an overview of your most recent orders. It contains important information such as the project assigned, purchase order number, products, quantity, and the current status of each order. There is a panel for software and firmware updates where you can find any available updates for your SmartCow devices or FleetTrackr.

1. Update your account details and password: Ensure that all of your information is up to date, and change your password for added security.

2. Add your infrastructure details: This step is essential for setting up the FleetTracker instance. We'll need your company name, container registry details, and the password for the registry. We also need at least one primary contact person who will manage and track the orders. These details will make it easy for you to update the application. Just provide us with these details, and we'll handle the rest.

3. Track your purchase order status and shipment: Stay informed and up to date on the status of your orders. You'll know exactly when the devices will arrive.

4. Download firmware and software updates: We've made it super convenient for you to download the most recent firmware updates for any hardware you've purchased. You can also download any software updates and documentation that is available.
