PBXware v7.4

• Give customers the ability to add their own OAuth apps relating to SMTP and Email2fax functionalities with PBXware's new OAuth2 app support.
• Deploy the CMP service without needing additional servers for support with PBXware’s newly-added CMP integration.

Contact Center v7.4

• Gain better insights into agent performance and gather direct feedback from customers with Contact Center’s Customer Satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure consistent branding in all your communications with email signature templates.
• Improved customer privacy protection on Prechat forms.

The gloCOM Collaboration suite v7.4

• gloCOM GO now boasts support for the Android 15 OS on mobile devices.

• Enjoy faster and more streamlined installs on both Windows(MSIX) and macOS(Universal) thanks to the added support for both operating systems.
• Forward calls directly to a provided number or a voicebox instead of dropping the call with the Call forwarding destination feature.
• Express yourself across all conversations within the gloCOM app with the newest update to our Chat Reaction feature.
• Enjoy the comfort of our full screen text chat input functionality previously available to iOS users, now on Android as well!
• gloCOM Web users can rejoice with the addition of the scheduled meeting notification functionality previously available only on desktop and mobile.
• Improve call handling times for agents utilizing gloCOM GO with the addition of the Call pause and Wait to dial functionalities for mobile devices, previously available on desktop.

SERVERware v4.8

• Reduce reliance on IPv4 address procurement and expand your address ranges with the newly added IPv6 address support.
• Additionally, enjoy the expanded attack detection capabilities provided to the sipPROT module in SERVERware with the addition of IPv6 address range recognition.
• Our French-speaking users will be delighted to know that SERVERware has been fully localized for the French language aside from system logs to ensure a continuation of our support team’s rapid response times.
• DNS record management for domains has been simplified thanks to the addition of CNAME DNS records for VPSs.
• Avoid potentially unsafe templates that don’t come from the Bicom Systems Registry with the new Official and Community Template signing functionality.
• Developers will now have a better overview of all actions available to them within SERVERware in regards to managing VPSs thanks to the addition of API documentation.

• API documentation of all actions available in regards to managing IP address lists has also been provided for developers utilizing the sipPROT module within SERVERware.
