???? This weekend I visited Hanoi, Vietnam. From its rich cultural heritage to the bustling street food scene and business opportunities, every moment was a reminder of the invaluable insights waiting to be discovered beyond our familiar horizons. Unlocking them is not easy, but it usually starts by opening new conversations with strangers (yes, it is the biggest success hack ever!) and listening to real stories and unique perspectives.

With ongoing geopolitical tensions and trade uncertainties, many businesses are reevaluating their reliance on China as the primary manufacturing hub. Vietnam actually stands out as a favourable alternative due to its strategic location, improving infrastructure, and relatively low labor costs.

???? Now I’m already in Bangkok and here is my reminder to all visionary leaders: Exploring new countries, and reading history is always valuable and trending. I want to encourage you all to develop your own perspective, and discover your own truth. I’ll do my best to share my truth with you.

Actually, Thought Leadership is the name of the game online today. We are living in an attention economy where company brands are not that interesting anymore. Instead, Founder-led marketing is booming, but? 90% of CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and Executives are either struggling with content production or totally missing out.

I have been intensively thinking about it for the last 2 years, and here is my take on what is essential for growth minded business leaders.

20 Skills Growth Minded Leaders Need to Master


Personal Leadership (Goal: Execute with Confidence):

  • Sports: Understanding the importance of physical health and its impact on mental well-being and performance.
  • Nutrition: Knowledge of nutrition principles to maintain optimal health and energy levels.
  • Recovery: Strategies for managing stress, recuperating, and maintaining resilience.
  • Learning: Continuous improvement and adaptability through active learning and skill development.
  • Managing Time: Efficiently allocating time and resources to maximize productivity and effectiveness.


Strategic Leadership (Goal: Sustainable Profitable Growth):

  • Vision: Developing a clear and inspiring vision for the organization's future direction and success.
  • Values: Establishing and upholding core values that guide decision-making and organisational culture.
  • Methods: Implementing effective strategies and approaches to achieve sustainable growth objectives.
  • Obstacles: Identifying and addressing challenges and barriers that may hinder progress towards growth.
  • Measures: Establishing key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and evaluate the success of growth initiatives.


Marketing Leadership (Goal: Create Winning Position):

  • Brand Story: Crafting a compelling narrative that communicates the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
  • Channels: Identifying and utilising the most effective marketing channels to reach and engage with the target audience.
  • Content System: Developing a systematic approach to creating and distributing content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Public Relations: Managing relationships with the media and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • AI Strategy: Incorporating artificial intelligence technologies to optimise marketing strategies and gain a competitive edge.


Sales Leadership (Goal: Predictable Revenue):
