Along with the mobile, the delivery personnel also carries additional accessories and products. In case the customer prefers to buy any of the accessories, they can get it straight away from the delivery person. This is a very proactive approach that SmartDukaan has come up with. A detailed product demo is shown to the customer at the time of delivery. Also, the delivery guy helps the customer in setting up the mobile to start using it right away.?
