Nobody is a born CEO, successful cricketer or an actor. It takes a lot of hard work and determination when it comes to balance the success in the working life. No matter how smart or talented one is when it comes to face the real life challenges, potential and the productivity in terms of work it’s only hard work that pays off and nothing else.
Though the recent trends shows that both smart way of working as well as hard working are interdependent on each other. Even though work out very smartly but it will not bear any results until and unless it comes out to be much improvised through working hard.
Here are the following reasons that indicate hard work is the real factor as compared to smart work in order to get notified in the real life world.
- Consistency is increased Through Hard work: Unlike the smart style of working, what makes you a winner is the consistent attitude which is only possible if one is having great experience to perform a certain kind of task in a much better manner. It has been noticed that one can easily outperformed the task if one puts on extra effort.
- Hard Work Increases Productivity: Though it’s a very old belief that makes it a valid truth that says that to enhance the power of productivity one needs to check upon the great work. For eg if you call a plumber or an electrician you will check upon the kind of effort that you pay not the kind of way that he is working. Over the period of time with much better excellence one can improve the productivity.
- Hard Work Brush up the Skills: The skill gap is one of the most pertinent problems which are faced by the industries these days. The only solution to such kind of issues that the modern workforce is facing is that to spend time on enhancing one’s skills by improvising them by working towards the sector of hard work.
Therefore with so many positive aspects that hard work put into play, one is able to showcase the achievement as well as the appreciation which is received through hard work.

8 年Well Said!! In my opinion , the approach to choose anything between Hard Work OR Smart work should be adopted depending on ;what has high potential of producing desired results. Of course your timing of chosing any one of the courses will have potential impact on the outcome.
