What does a SMART Warehouse mean and how realistic is the realization of this idea?!

Smart warehousing in our minds is associated with: Robotics ; IoT (Internet of Things); Real Time Location Systems (RTLS); Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)... Of course, this is all true. However, I want to focus on one tool - one that is very affordable, easy to use, and truly makes any warehouse smart.

Smart machines, I'll start by saying that they take up very little space and have more capacity than regular shelves, thanks to the rotating drum that several of them have. The selection of the industrial machine is done according to the material/items placed in the warehouse. Depending on what you want to store, the style of the vending machine is chosen. It will be a machine with a drum, with the function of shelves, large or small volume.

Now the most important thing is the SMART function :

The machine has a system that regulates the entire warehouse, automatically describes it, writes you reports on issued, approved, returned items. Describes them and their condition. You can control your warehouse from afar and without access.

Just one question - what if i change the items /things in my warehouse

If the size of the stored items has increased or decreased, there is no need to buy a new machine, you can easily modify the existing one. It is possible to place a programming panel on one main machine, and an auxiliary machine can be connected to the main machine at any time.
