At Smart Edutech, we are expanding our team and looking for talented Instructional Designers (ID) and Graphic Designers (GD) to collaborate on impactful video content creation.
As part of this scope, our IDs will work on the Frame.io platform to perform the following task:??
- Chunking of the content:?Add instructions to break down the video content into logical chunks based on the subject/topic/subtopic being discussed.??
- OSTs:?Add instructions to add relevant OSTs as screen overlays to emphasize the content being presented. Ensure the OSTs are following the necessary style guidelines and format.?
- Highlight elements:?Add instructions to add the necessary highlight elements on screen?
- Video Duration: Total video will be up to?min?3 minutes to max 7 minutes?in length.???
- Pre-Production Check?- Review all recordings before starting work to ensure they are not corrupted.?
- Verify that recordings align with the TOC and PPT slides.?
- Quality Check?-Ensure the quality of both audio and web camera video.?
- Web Camera Background: Set the background blur option for the web camera video, available in Camtasia 2023/2024.?
- Video Segmentation-?Break down videos into segments by course, lesson, and subtopics.?
- Add splash screens based on the provided title templates.?
- Keyword Highlighting-?Highlight keywords using underlines, rectangle boxes, or circles as specified in the template.?
- Demos-?Use zoom-in and zoom-out effects to emphasize demonstration parts.?
- Text Animation for Key Text-?Highlight key text with text animations.?
- Templates are provided for one-word, two-word, and four-word animations, along with a simple animation for full sentences.?
- Include keyword highlights or text animations for at least every 15 seconds to maintain engagement?
- Review Process:? There will be 1?internal review and 1 end client review for?each video.
