Smart eating equals smarter health
I have always considered myself a smart eater, but in time past, I did not often follow my own advice. About every ten years, I go through a metabolic disaray and all heck breaks loose and I am forced to re-evaluate my dietary habits. This year is one of those years where I am assessing previous eating paradigms such as consuming less meat, drinking less coffee, and less or even zero amounts of beer and wine. It seems those past "entrees" do not agree with me so much now.
I think it is a good idea to re-evaluate my lifestyle, eating habits, exercise routine much like you would review your business status. Listening to my 'inner guidance' is the computer update that I can allow or disallow. It is up to me.
