What is a Smart Configurator?
The Smart Configurator allows a diverse range of stakeholders in modular projects to optimize their outputs by providing users with not only an intelligent, parametric model, but a model which contains all options and configurations possible for a specific product line. Furthermore, the Smart Configurator allows users to generate the following outputs:
* Smart production drawings automatically updated when modifications occur
* MSRP Price & Base Cost calculation automatically generated based on configuration/options selections
* Accurate BOM automatically generated and aligned with production drawings
* High-Definition Renderings
* Product configurations and options consolidated in a 150% Smart Model

Very nice work. I was going send a message with some samples but im not "Prime".. have a wonderful evening.
Hello Mansu Kim When i first saw your post, i saw some graphics that looked like framed modules. Then i saw these and thought shipping containers but they're not, correct ? I see the gable ends.i hope these are framed because I/we discovered at TMS it wasn't feasible for our client that had a bottom dollar to using recycled containers. Maybe his bottom dollar was too wishful. After doing a lot of shopping around for materials, the only way i could get close to an adjusted bottom number was to buy in quantity. For 200 single units at a time, 8x40 dwellings..then labor ate it up. Automation is all the assembly, delivery and all the logistics behind that. Barry Burkas (RIP) in the Early 1980's in Santa Barbara Ca. built 600,000 homes he had a great business plan. Founded s magazine called Nest 81. For each year. The magazine advertised all the products and materials he used in homes and featured his finished homes. His homes where built in assembly line but he didnt let the constraints of the shipping dimensions dictate the size of the spaces in thr dwelling. Wall were hinged and unfolded and roofs unfolded so when all the finished units where assembled on site, they looked completely custom. Nothing modular about the finished.
