?? It's a great big sea of book publishers out there!

Hoping to find one for your book manuscript? Don't want to self-publish or go with a 'publisher' you have to pay?

You may find out that your preferred route is something of a challenge. Most large traditional publishing companies work only with authors' agents (and it can be a difficult process to get one).

?? However, there are plenty of small, specialist or regional publishers, independent publishing companies open to unagented submissions.

And that can range from a major indie publisher, to a tiny micro-press putting out limited editions of chapbooks.
