If you want to have a big 4th quarter finish, it’s time to refine your offers.
REBRAND YOUR SIGNATURE SERVICES
What are your top signature services or core products? Give them memorable names. Mention the benefits of those products/services within your marketing messaging and within your website copy. Consider integrating them within a fresh, new slogan or tagline to further anchor your brand within the mind of your target customer.
SHARPEN YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION
You don’t have to be better, but you do need to be different and memorable! How can you tweak your value proposition to add more value without adding price? Do you provide a guarantee to stay on until you double your client’s investment? Could you offer a lifetime guarantee? A dynamite eBook with a new course? How can you make your business stand out?
CREATE A “HIGH TICKET” OFFER
Time with you is the most valuable thing you can sell. Just like Neiman Marcus offers high-ticket items in its Christmas catalog, you need a high ticket intensive, master class or coaching program for your brand. Only a few customers, of course, will buy such items. But it’s time to create your own high-ticket package for those who want more than what everyone else can afford.
BUILD YOUR BASE
Develop a new lead magnet to attract your ideal customer and build your email list. Offer a checklist, eBook or video series that will help them solve a specific problem. Go to where your competitors are unwilling (or unable) to go.
