Are you ready to DREAM BIG in 2023?

2023 is here, and it’s time to take action and make your BIG DREAMS a reality! Living your dreams requires consistent habits to work towards your goals. You must do something different to have different results.

My good friend Meshell Baker published this in December, and I was so inspired by it that I wanted to share it to give you some next steps to keep you on course to live your dreams this year.

I don’t believe in resolutions, but I do believe in resolve. Get a pen and paper ready to make a list of your personal and professional goals for 2023. And we are going to frame it around what you are dreaming for.

D-DECLARE Clearly and define what you want and why.

R-RESILIENCE How are you rising above your current circumstances?

E-EXCITEMENT How do you find joy daily?

A-AUDACIOUS What do you do when you play hard?

M-MASTERY How have you invested in mastery?

B-BEHAVIORS Are you connecting with other business owners?

I-INSTINCTS Are you meditating and journaling regularly?

G-GRATITUDE Gratitude is the best way to start the day.

The most important next step is to find accountability to continue strengthening your mindset so that you can accomplish your goals. Your daily thoughts are key to how you handle everything that comes at you in a day. Find a group or online community of like-minded folks. Feeling safe to ask questions and get assistance with challenges is a pre-requisite for your continued growth. Knowledge is good, but application is great! The greatest gift you can give yourself is making the investment in your personal development.
