Call this one a little reminder message today.
One that shoudl help you realise that you need to notice all the little small wins you have had lately.
Did you workout when you nearly talked yourself out of it?
Did you have an alcohol free night when you were pretty tempted to crack open a bottle?
Did you get to bed early instead of watching another episode of whatever you’re binging?
You get the point right?
There’s always something that we can talk ourselves out of.
Just last week I was on the lounge watching the Kings play and thought I really should get on the roller now cause my body was feeling it.
But I talked myself out of it – “it’s 9pm and I want to watch the game”.
It’s easy to do.
And actually following through (unlike my example)?might seem insignificant when looked at in a single instance, but repeating those small wins leads to bigger overall wins.?
Which means new habits are formed.
And your body will feel better and thank you for it.
Hopefully you’ll take this as a reminder to do the small things and celebrate the small wins.
It’s just as much a reminder for me too.
