# Small tips for nozzle maintenance#

1. Nozzle tip cleaning: Drain the nozzle hole with a fine needle to remove any foreign matter sticking to the hole wall.

2. Air blowing: Blow the nozzle hole with an air gun for 10 seconds to blow away the remaining foreign matter

3. Nozzle cleaning: Clean it with a nozzle cleaning machine for about 20 mins.

4. Scrub: Wipe the nozzle reflector with a dust-free cloth (no hard objects)

5. Inspection: Use optical magnifying glass to look at nozzle tip, reflector, hole wall.

6. Degaussing: Move the nozzle back and forth above the degaussing device

Notice:

1. No magnetic objects are access to the nozzle.

2. No hard objects access to nozzle.

3, Do not use a hard cloth to wipe the reflector of the nozzle.
