With the constant ask of how many people in your team,what is the size of your organisation,I feel we have a #dumb version of what matters to get 'valuable work' done!
Size doesn't quite matter.Talent & Intent does!
Let's remember:
1.Small Teams run Big Organisations.
2.The Big brand essentially means very little without its people.
3.Agencies are increasing without talent.
4.Dont fall for the name,fame and position.It shifts.
5.Fall for the 'circle of influence'.How far will that go in a crisis.
6.Money breeds #falserepresentation
7.Know what are you paying for-Mind,Heart or Arms and Legs.All completely different & measured with a different scale.
Small is beautiful as long as you don't try to make them feel small for being small.
Project Management is a skill which can put up massive scale on demand.
So Stay small.Manage better.Hire Amazing managers!
A small organisation is BIG with one amazing person in the team at a time!
