Breakfast!!!
I can't tell you how many times I've interviewed patients/clients just to find out that they don't eat one of the most important meals of the day...BREAKFAST!!!
Missing breakfast can really backfire where you are making up for lost calories at lunch and dinner. Which means overeating for the rest of the afternoon, into dinner into midnight hours with either snacking (usually unhealthy snacks) and/or huge banquet lunches and dinners.
This not only will cause you to gain weight but lead to many of the ailments facing the world today - obesity, hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome x, to name just a few.
