So to summarize:
- We are obsessed with size. Dare I say it, I think we're over compensating. Your obsession shouldn't be how big you can get, it should be how small you can stay.
- When you're small, you're nimble. You can reinvent, retool, relaunch anything almost instantly. When you're big, you're cumbersome.
- I hate to bring up money, but when you're small you can make a lot of money out of a little bit of money. One million dollars doesn't mean very much to Apple, or Google or Facebook. But one million dollars means a lot to me. I assure you.
