Small employers deserve more

It’s no secret, small employers have long been underserved by innovative healthcare benefits vendors. That’s not because small businesses haven’t tried to get these benefits for their employees, and it’s not even because the vendors don’t want to serve them. Oftentimes, benefit providers, like Vida Health, simply don’t have the resources to tailor their selling and onboarding processes to the unique needs small employers have, on top of the Fortune 1,000 companies they serve.?

As a small employer ourselves, we’ve been going through our own struggles to find best-in-class benefits for our own employees. After being presented with limited options and poor outcomes, we realized that this is exactly the struggle small employers are facing. We? decided that enough was enough: it was time to expand our best-in-class solutions to smaller employers everywhere. In early March we launched Vida for Small Business, our new comprehensive virtual care solution that gives smaller organizations the same access to best-in-class integrated physical and mental care from Vida that larger employers have.

While the official offering is new, we’ve actually been providing life-changing outcomes to a select number of small employers for years.?
