Small details make BIG differences
This is my third article and I am so excited to be able to share my experiences in Customer Service and with this in some way I can be that help and inspiration to apply at your businesses and also create a great impact on your sales and customer loyalty. Last Saturday I decided that I would bring some Easter eggs with surprises for the children (I love educational material and games because I think it develops their creativity). In the process of handing them out I made a new discovery. Previously I had already noticed the importance of children who came with adults. because one of my customers told me that the reason why they preferred the store is because Their children love the words of affection and especially that we consider greeting them even when they don't buy a happy meal or even when they were at the back seat of the car (They like to be noticed) . Happy children bring their parents. But let's get to the point and the new discovery; Due to this situation of the Coronavirus I did not have all the children that I was expecting on Saturday, so I decided to give the Easter eggs to the adults as well and I was very surprised at the impact that it caused all of them totally happy and excited about it ready to open their surprises . I will always say that small details make big differences but I also came to a conclusion: Many children want to be noticed as adults, but there are also many adults who want to feel like children again at least once. @mcdonalds
