1 年After reading your post, I felt like I am neglecting my body and soul for excessive work, study and information overloads. According to the pro and con of sleeping. I will plan to take a long break and have my mind off disconnected from all I have commited with Sleep and rest are all I need now. Thanks for sharing. Best.
