This week, I was privileged to attend my first expo at the Hilton Hotel, as part of NSW Small Business Month. The event was a remarkable experience, and one of the key takeaways revolved around the topic of AI – Friend or Foe?

Chris LaMont, the NSW Small Business Commissioner, made it clear that embracing AI as a friend is crucial to staying competitive in today's market. His words resonated with me deeply, as I believe the right use of AI can not only elevate our businesses but also our personal relationships, family dynamics, and even how we interact with our children.

AI, when used mindfully, becomes more than just a tool for business growth—it becomes a partner in creating a more efficient, balanced, and connected life. Imagine leveraging AI not just to grow your business but to enhance how you communicate with your loved ones, organize your time, and make decisions with clarity.

So, here's my challenge to you: Are you using AI to its fullest potential? Have you considered how it could be a friend in both your personal and professional life?
