Small Business Administration (SBA)

The Small Business Administration brings a wealth of knowledge and information for US Small Businesses wanting to start, grow and or develop their current business posture.

SBA has provided “millions of dollars in loans, loan guarantees, contracts, counseling” and training to US Small Business across the nation. It was created in 1958 through the Small Business Act with the purpose of aiding, counseling, assisting and protecting the interests of small business.

And through its Strategic Planning, the SBA seeks to expand “access to capital, counseling, federal contracts, disaster assistance and entrepreneurial education” and thus giving entrepreneurs the leverage of a stronger American economy.
