Small Attainable Goals
One incredible tip I received in high school from my Latin teacher went something like this: “Inch by inch, Latin is a cinch; yard by yard, Latin is hard.” This phrase has stuck with me all of these years. The basic premise being that any goal, no matter how large, can be attainable if it’s broken down into smaller parts.
When we think about what’s in front of us every day, we’re all working towards the large vision we have at DISH to change the way the world communicates. However, this goal is not achievable overnight. As well, this goal cannot be done by just one person.
Rather, when we break this goal down into its smaller parts and we all do our part in working smart and hard, it’s only then that we can and will achieve our vision. One of the most rewarding parts of working on a cohesive and mission-driven team is that each of us does not have to do it alone.
I would like to add few words by creating plan for goal and dividing into smaller components, we eliminate fear of failure.Making smaller entity and achieving it is much easier to manage and achieve.we can even manage later stage if we fails In the middle.
