Hello beautiful souls,
I hope this message finds you well, especially during this Mercury retrograde, which has been a bit challenging for me. In just the past week, I’ve experienced a scraped knee, delayed then cancelled flight, a cut on the bottom of my foot, and more than a few technology glitches. It’s been a wild week, but it’s also been a powerful reminder to slow down and take extra care during this time.
As we move through the rest of August (Mercury retrograde ends on the 28th), I want to invite you to join me in embracing a slower pace. With the back-to-school rush, cooler days, and shorter evenings just around the corner, now is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and realign.
In my own practice, I’m taking this to heart by heading to a silent meditation retreat over Labor Day weekend—a time to reset and soak in the stillness before the busy months ahead.
