Slow internet means productivity loss for your offshore team

When we first started Cloudstaff we followed a simple principle that everything had to be in the Cloud. We didn't build any data centers or install Storage systems (SANs) or Servers in our offices. We used cloud-based servers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.

This Strategy of “Everything in the Cloud” did mean that we needed exceptionally high speed and reliable internet connectivity.

Today we have over 2,300 MBPS of connectivity with a minimum of 3 levels of redundancy and connectivity to every major ISP in the Philippines. We even have a private link to Telstra Internet for Australian Customers.

Telstra Internet

The Telstra Internet connection is intended for customers who have staff accessing remote desktops back in Australia (RDP) which requires faster positive response times. The Telstra connection is also ideal for customers with Australian Phone systems who are seeking Pin Drop Quality calls with no latency.

Go Network

The Cloudstaff Go Network allows our clients to define the sites their Cloudstaff(ers) can access. Neither the type of PC the staff is using nor their building location matters. Once they log in, their security settings follow them.

Connectivity is a business-critical part of making your BPO experience a success. No other Philippines BPO matches our connectivity and support. We built it to be fast, secure and reliable.
