3.)?#People?:- Even though RTS Cells have been formed by Discom and the web portal also been implemented but the capacity building of the people are missing. The people are given the ???????????????? ?????????? & ???????????????????????????????? for the RTS development in the state.

4.)?#Promotion:- There is lack of awareness among the end user due to lack promotional activities by Discom. ?????????? ?????????????????? ???? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????? ???????????? is the key.
