Topic 2:  will present Organized Crimes and Consequences, involving CBBB and Vodafone RO leaders, which, prior to 9-11, would have probably not have even been attempted. However, once Executed, Discovered, Uncovered, and Documented, Vodafone RO CLO & CAD, together with CBBB CEO, would have agreed to resolve constructively – as I offered – agreeing to do so, pursuant of the “path of least resistance”, as the professional and legal ramifications and implications were professionally dire, in context of documented truth and facts. However – following “9-11” – a new kind of “Danger” is Born”?

Truth about BBB RO – a Primary point of Contention, Outstanding, Concerning CBBB BOD –

Cementing Truth:

Current Slide 17, along with remaining slides composing  Topic 1, together with following topics, cement truth RE initiative, foundation & development of BBB RO, and how BBB RO became possible, and continues to be –> for many who were lied to, victimized one way or another <– Slide 17, along with remaining slides composing topic 1, put into perspective nature & extent of organized crimes, which will be presented next, in following topics, in context of truth, as it will be presented “now”, throughout the remainder of the slides, defining of this 1st Topic.

Organized Crimes:

The significance, and necessity of Slide 17, along with the entire range of slides composing this Topic 1, is to reveal the irrefutable foundation of BBB RO, still standing strong to date, in lieu of the organized white collar crimes executed over the years, starting with CBBB executives, namely Steve Cole, acting CEO, starting mid-2005, with pro-active complicity of Vicki Doran –

The toxic culture, of enforced white collar crime and cover-up, of compromised and forced-compromising, revealed 2016, pre-dating 2005, with respect to at least one colleague and friend, possibly endemic and systemic, but, exacerbated to a whole new level by named two CBBB executives – i.e., in relation to “BBB Core Values” – pursuing and enforcing such consequential practices, carefully crafted to compromise support from unsuspecting colleagues, and others, before those colleagues compromised, realizing they had been compromised…forced, perhaps unwontedly…to knowingly become complicit, this becoming necessary, in order to protect themselves.

Topic 1: a Calibrating Gauge of Documented Truth & Historical Facts

The significance of Slide 17, along with the necessity of the remaining slides composing Topic 1, is to enable a calibration gauge with respect to the range & depth of value & worth associated with truth, AND, to provide the documented, starting point of reference, for the documented, irrefutable truth – dreaded by so many now.

This documented, starting point of reference, for the documented, irrefutable truth – dreaded by so many now –

– Will enable an accurate magnitude-perspective of the gravity of organized crimes along with intended & associated consequences, presented throughout the following topics –

– Will “carve” the truth, present the irrefutable lies, organized crimes & consequences, next to each other, so that none can be addressed in context, without considering the other, along with any righteous expectations, if any such will be invoked.

This documented, starting point of reference, for the documented, irrefutable truth – dreaded by so many now, will put into perspective, “the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”, i.e.:

– “the Good” represented by the International Civil Society Global 1st Initiative & Historic accomplishment following “9-11”, advancing American interests, addressing Romanian needs, benefiting Society, addressing each of the enumerated, in specific ways beneficial to each, presented under Topic 1.

– “the Bad”, revealing the nature and implications of the organized crimes and consequences – involving CBBB named executive, i.e., Steve Cole and Vicky Doran, in complicity with Vodafone RO leaders, CLO & CAD + 1, together, engaging in such well documented organized crimes, victimizing so many, such that, the nature of their crimes and consequences, in combination with the subsequent personal accomplishment of game changer innovation breakthrough with associated astronomical potential, compelling:

– “the Ugly” – the snowballing effect of complicity, conspiracy, organized crimes and mounting consequences, initially, involving Vodafone UK & Spain, then compromising Vodafone in 5 countries over 2 continents, […], leading to compromising named elected and appointed leaders, under former administration, especially including former FBI Directors, i.e., Robert Mueller, rewarded for being used as instruments of harm – against Americans, and the American people.

Impunity

Ironically and paradoxically, “Slide 17” – this second slide of this 1st Topic, together – they represent the foundation why CBBB cannot victimize with impunity – cannot victimize “you”, cannot victimize me – cannot victimize without responsibility, and accountability.

To put this in terms even someone with bad intentions could not argue – it is as if “you” and CBBB have a contract for something, and upon fulfilling your part, CBBB formally recognizes fulfillment, honoring its pledged, pending obligation, in response.

Then, suddenly, without warning, nor explanations, CBBB subjectively victimizes you, violating its obligation, disenfranchising you i.e., for, and to enforce cover-up for the crimes of its employees, and running…

Well – what is earned, in context, and as a result of what is fulfilled, without anyone concerned RE what sacrificed while fulfilling – is yours, as earned, and from then, on:

• No one has the right to subjectively, and criminally take with impunity…what is yours.
• No one has the right to act as if entitled by subjective privileges, un-responsible and unaccountable, in context of common sense, courtesy, professionalism, and respect, in context of fair market practices, in context of disregarding its own professed core values, in context of laws and practices that would not permit, incriminating such practices in the US…begging the question – was CBBB motivated to consider such ancient, bullying, insulting, practices acceptable by Americans and Romanians in Romania, and in the US, why?

Ironically and paradoxically, “Slide 17” – this second slide of this 1st Topic, together – they constitute the fundamental argument, providing the irrefutable evidence, for establishing precisely this:

Primary point of Contention, Outstanding, prevented from, yet to be addressed by CBBB BOD, AND, by those member-companies serving as Directors of the BOD of the CBBB, since 2005 – global market leaders, such as IBM, who, while participating with honor, representing with integrity in BBB RO, have been lied to, manipulated and mislead, used as instrument of harm, by named CBBB execs – in the US.

While Enforced Outstanding, AND, until addressed by a CBBB BOD willing to take responsibility, in context of documented truth and facts, and merits –

Until then, “this”, remains to be addressed by a Constitutional, just, and independent US Judiciary, by a representative & representing of the people, Legislative and Congressional Representatives – under these conditions, having to address…outstanding, poetic expectations:

that something which was criminally taken and criminally kept –

that is “yours”, you’ve earned it! –

cannot be criminally kept, unless those criminally keeping –

they can keep, recognizing criminally taking –

with associated liable, and having to address –

criminally keeping

As it stands, in 2005, “you have earned it” –

Since 2005, it was “criminally taken” – continues to be “criminally kept”.

Consequently –

Either CBBB takes credit for what has been enforced-kept from the collective conscience since 2005 –

“complicity to criminally taking”, admits “criminally keeping “, recognizing engaged in, and, continually and intentionally acting to enforce white collar crimes – case in which, the “formula” is balanced, with truth replacing fabricated lies & context enforced so far – enabling action accordingly

OR

Amends are made – by CBBB, along with associated, responsible parties – having as scope to make things right, constructively, in context of, and in line with truth, merits, and what’ right.

OR

US Judiciary acts in context of, as obligated by the Constitution, in context, and as a consequence of organized crimes, denying & depriving […], conspiracy & complicit to criminally taking, criminally keeping, while continually enforcing crime – CBBB knowing it cannot/will not deny this, period 2005+…especially, in context, on record, if Judiciary will act, compelled by values, rights, and Constitution?
