I recently attended a keynote session by Shri. Khurshed Batliwala (Bawa) and Shri. Dinesh Ghodke at the Future Of India Summit. The session highlighted the critical role sleep plays in achieving success in our lives. Here are some key tips from the session :

Millions of people worldwide are not getting enough quality sleep and sleep deprivation has become a silent pandemic with severe consequences for our health and happiness.
Let's remind ourselves that sleep is a critical component of any success in our life.
