Yep, already knew this! In high school I'd get if blessed 4hrs a sleep. Then in college no more then 4-5hrs unless I crashed thru studying. Then working in the healthcare arena. I'd be thankful for a 3 hr crash power snooze! Needless to say that was over 10 yrs ago and now since my mom passed and being in charge of everything. I am just thankful all I have to do is lay my head down and I am out like a light! Though dealing with CPTSD nightmares n such. I find myself awaking every 3 hrs or so. Sometimes just to check my surroundings. Yes, women barely get any sleep cuz of the expectations on us. Now, men want to be women? That has got to be interesting on the polls! Considering DNA n sleeping that is.
