When you need to be at your best, a good night's sleep is the number one priority for your mind and body.

In our Be At Your Best community, we are currently running a theme on Sleep and its impact on performance. This is in connection with our recent article on enhancing the capacity and ability to change.

We will be sharing and discussing the following:

  • Information on how sleep impacts your capacity to change behaviour and how it impacts your mental and physical performance
  • Simple Tips for optimising sleep
  • Different methods to measure and monitor your sleep
