Sleep Tip #151: Make your bed every day for better sleep.

I am pretty sure that you mother, grandmother or aunt told, “Make your bed” all of the time. If you were like me, what a waste of time!

Except....they were right. According to the National Sleep Foundation Bedroom Poll, folks who reported making their beds every day or almost every day were more likely to say they got a good night’s sleep.
