Sleep Tip 128: Hide your clock.
Clocks are great for telling time. Clocks are handy for waking up on time. But being able to see your clock while in you’re in the bed causes these problems:
- Upsets you if you have not fallen asleep soon enough.
- Alarms you if you wake up in the middle of the night.
- Worries you because you are wide awake and it’s so early in the morning
Stop torturing yourself…hide that clock. Out of sight out of mind. Better sleep.
