It can be about an hour less or an hour more, but think about this way you must spend about one-third to one-fourth of a day recharging your body and mind's battery to get ready for the remainder of the day.?

Proper sleep will activate and regenerate your mind cells and make a person more active, energetic, attentive, immune to diseases as Notably insufficient sleep has been linked to the development and management of a number of chronic diseases and conditions, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression.?

An ongoing lack of sleep has been closely associated with hypertension, heart attacks and strokes, obesity, diabetes, depression and anxiety, decreased brain function, memory loss, weakened immune system, lower fertility rates and psychiatric disorders. All these disorders which are caused due to lack of sleep can be cured by balancing and maintaining the sleep cycle properly.?

It is said that "Pehla Sukh, Nirogi Kaaya'' and it is also said that "Early to bed and Early to rise, makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise", these mentioned quotes can be accomplished by getting adequate sleep and by proper sleep cycle.

By prioritizing your time and setting sleeping boundaries, you can improve your productivity , happiness, attentiveness, prone immunity, energy and concentration power, and contribute to a positive work environment.
