Amanda Street’s career spans 20 years in International Marketing, Sales and HR for Hewlett Packard. Followed by 15 years as an executive coach, helping C-Suite clients manage and optimise their careers. Recently, she noticed an increasing number of her corporate clients complaining of poor sleep and recovery. In response, she embarked on a journey to discover how to improve their quantity and quality of sleep and recovery. Amanda believes that sleep impacts performance as well as underpins physical health and wellbeing. On a mission to help individuals and companies understand the vital importance of sleep and recovery, she is writing a ‘How to Sleep Better’ book, giving practical pragmatic advice and tools. She is also developing a corporate sleep and recovery program to help employers reduce the economic loss and deleterious effects of what has now become, a global sleep loss epidemic.
