  3. ?? Create a Cave: Optimize your bedroom environment; it should be dark and cool, a sanctuary for sleep.
  4. ??♂??? Silence is Golden: Minimize noise, or consider a white noise machine to block out unwanted sounds.
  5. ?? Sync with the Sun: Regulate your circadian rhythms by soaking in morning light and enjoying the sunset.
  6. ?? Consistency is Key: Maintain a regular sleep schedule to help your body predict sleep and wake times.
  7. ?? Ease Off Alcohol: As we age, our ability to metabolize alcohol declines—limiting intake can vastly improve sleep quality.
